Most recently, Mridula served as the head of talent development at Goldman Sachs in India overseeing talent strategy, leadership development, employee relations and learning and development.

Mridula is an accredited certified coach (ILM, IIC & M) & Certified Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicators and HBDI (Herman Brain Dominance Instrument) worked across IT, ITes, BPO, KPO, Financial Services industries.
